800xA projects may have a NOSERVER tag list included. When tags that aren't attached to a Harmony OPC Server object are detected, afw_extractor creates a NOSERVER.tsv file in the AFW1\TagConfig folder. The file is then used as a taglist in the project so that the Loop, PCU, Module, and Block information for the serverless tags can be found.
